Film Preparation
Assemble the following items:
Film, developing canister, reels(2), darkbag.
Place film on reel and insert in developing canister:
Check canister to make sure it is clean and dry.
Use film extractor to pull end of film out of roll.Insert extractor.
Pull out extractor tab.
Rotate film until it clicks past the extractor.
Push in extractor tab.
Rotate back the film to create slack.
Pull out a couple of inches of film.Cut curve across end of film.
Start threading film onto reel.
Insert the following into the dark bag.Canister, seal, post, lid, reel with film, spare reel.
Pull film out and tear off at roll.
Finish winding film onto reel.
Put post into canister with the big end down.
Put in reel with film then empty reel.
Place seal on canister and securely screw on lid.
Remove everything from bag.
Write name and film info on a piece of paper.
Place corner of paper under cap.
Store until ready to develop.
