If I want to have God rule in my life, then through out the day
I have to ask who's in control.
It's my fault if I look at my failures. It's my failure if I look
at my faults. I have repented of every sin, fault, and failure I can think
of. God has forgiven and forgotten them and so should I.
Forgiven By You
I am on my knees pouring out my heart.
As I repent of my sins the tears of sorrow start.
Yet as the tears flow one thing I know is true.
I am forgiven by you.
I humbly in my heart bow.
As I confess to someone now.
That the things I said and did to them I shouldn't do.
Friend I long to be forgiven by you.
To ask for forgiveness may feel like pain.
To be forgiven brings tears of joy like rain.
So let us love as God taught us to do.
when you've been wronged let them know,
they have been forgiven by you.
Apples
Apples are sweet and juicy. You never know that until you get pass the
cover. The bible is sweet and juicy too. You wont know that until you get
past its cover. Some apples are tart they are usually good for making desserts.
The bible may seem a little sour if your reading about how to keep from
getting your just dessert. But, all in all apples are nourishing. They
bible too is nourishing. How much nourishment you get, like with the apple
depends on how much you eat. A steady diet of just apples is not enough
to keep you healthy. Just the bible is not enough either. You need prayer,
praise, and fellowship to round out your meals a little. An apple that
is not ripe is bitter and can give you a stomach ache. A doctrine
that is not right is bitter and can make you sick too. Apples however
may have some pesticide on them so you must wash them off real good. To
make sure you are getting God's word clean (right) is to measure it by
this: does it go against God, and does it go against my neighbor. You know
the two great commands. Also ask the Holy Spirit to help you. Apples
comes in lots of colors and varieties. God's word the bible is not only
full of variety but, has lots of colorful people, and places in it.
So I think I'll stop eating this apple and go read my bible.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for they shall be satisfied.
