Daily I do my best to be fresh and clean for Jesus because I love Him. Daily Jesus cleanses and refreshes me because He loves me. Thank You Jesus, Holy Spirit, and Father God for Your love and care of me. Amen

Get Fresh And Clean
When I grocery shop I like to get the freshest produce possible. So much so that if it were convenient I would get produce at a produce stand instead of at stores. The fresher the produce the more nutritious it is. I like to get meat that is fresh and handled properly. If I could I would go and get fish from the fishing boats. But because it is not possible for me to get everything that fresh, I end up being a careful picky shopper at the store where I go. Fresh also has a better taste, like fresh bread for instance. Whoops my husband reads my pages, now he will be wanting me to make bread. Clean and proper handled food is a must for health and safety sake. Spiritual food needs to be fresh too. The things I read or studied yesterday will eventually become stale if I don't dig into my bible and pull out some fresh stuff for today. The prayers I prayed yesterday may have some things I can pray about today but even prays can become stale. Each day I may find new insight, that will give me a different way to pray about one of yesterdays prayers. I find every day I have new things to pray about. So I need to refresh my prayers daily. Also praise can become stale when I no longer think about the words I that I am singing. Or when I no longer think about why I am praising. Or who I am praising. I have to have fresh praise by thinking about and focusing on these things. Also just as food needs to be clean and handled properly for health and safety, so does my Christian walk. I need daily cleansing and renewing of my mind, heart, spirit, and soul. I need to handle my Christian walk with fear and trembling, I have to forcefully, willfully, make my mind, and my flesh submit to God and obey. I do this gladly because I love Him. Also in return for my striving to have spiritual freshness, cleanliness, and because of my love for Him; Jesus cleanses and refreshes me and more.
Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, Acts 3:19, And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2, Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. 2Corinthians 4:16, And be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. Ephesians 4:23-24, The bible is full of scriptures about Jesus cleansing us and they are more refreshing if they are looked up and read. Also Psalms is a wonderful place to find refreshing.
