Today with computers everything is hands on. Today with my life everything is hands off. I  want to pray that, I will to let God have His way with me, in me, through me.
    Fill Them Lord With You
    Purify me Lord keep my eyes on you.
    Cleanse me to the core fill me through and through.
    I long to be like you and there's only one way to.
    Open my eyes, open my ears, open my heart .
    Now fill them Lord with you.
    Give me the words to say.
    Give me the things to do.
    People come my way each day.
    Looking for what's right and true.
    Please fill them Lord with you.
    Gophers
    Gophers are real good at persevering in my book. They dig  tunnels in my yard. I have tried filling the tunnels in with dirt. The gophers come back. I tried filling them with water they come back. I don't have the heart to poison them. So I will just have to learn to live with them. One thing they taught me is to persevere. As a christian I have said, and heard said, many things that sound good. Like: let go and let God, give your burdens to God and don't take them back, and a host of other sound sayings. I try to live them because they are sound and right. I find that It's easier to say things sometimes than live them. But, as the gopher taught me I will persevere. My uncle who raised me always said, "If its worth having it's worth working for." The gophers in my yard haven't given up, and we have fought for the space three years now. I pray I will persevere until the Lord takes me home. The gophers reward is they get to live in my yard for now. Who knows, my reward may be I will actually live out some of these things before God takes me home. Perseverance is a good quality to have, and one I'm trying to develop.
    Because you have kept my command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. Rev.3:10
