What does God find every time He cast His eye on me? Does He see Jesus? The fruit He has planted? Does He find faith? Me working? Questions I need to seek answers to. These are only a few of the questions.

Our Prayer

Holy Spirit keep me close to You.

Guide my every step, tell me what to do.

I will with all my might to hear all you say.

I will with all my might to obey.

Lord Jesus I love You this You know.

But I need a heart like yours in me to grow.

I will with all my might to just let go.

I will with all my might to let Your Spirit flow.

I cry out for You to fill me through and through.

I cry out Lord let me touch Your hem too.

I cry out for more of You.

Lord this prayer is not for me alone.

This prayer is for all of us headed home.

Ground Score

It use to be when someone said "ground score" I would think oh they found something. I use to say it when I lived on the streets and found money, rubber bands, and or anything else useful. Now for me a ground score is what I find when I dig in my garden. I find things like children's plastic toys that have been buried there for anywhere from six months to a year. Sometimes I find old spoons, interesting pieces of glass, and cement chunks that could have been from a previous building. So when I go dig in my garden I never know what I will find. In a way I am kind of like God's garden. What will He find in me when He digs? Am I seeing any of the fruit of the seeds He has planted? Do others see what He has done and stand back and praise Him for it, or admire His handy work? This is something I need to look into, not just today but often. I believe by looking into this I will gain some insight. In proverbs wisdom, knowledge, and understanding are very valuable; and I am encouraged to have all three together not separate. Things I pray God will find and others will see is faith, love, trust, hope, mercy, kindness; well I hope the fruits of the Spirit are found in me. And I know that even if I ever did or do display any of them that they need daily care. I need to polish the fruit so it will shine forth His image. Sure I can have the fruit but unless I nourish it and care for it wont grow or be as good as it could be. To do this I need daily time with the God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit:; for after all I am their garden. He must do the work in me so it will grow according to His plan for His garden. I am thankful to the Holy Spirit for making me aware when something is right or wrong. I pray God will find my ears always tuned in to The Holy Spirit and quick to obey. I will only get good at this with time and practice.

Even so every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. Matthew 7:17, I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. John 15:1 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain,( part of John 11:16), Being confident of this very thing, that He who begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ; Philippians 1:6, But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 2 Peter 3:10-11
