God is still on the throne. But He is not a God with a heart of stone. He cares for us and loves us and aches for us when He hears our cries. He will also dry our eyes.

Hope And Sorrow

Hurt and despairing?

Remember to call on one who's caring,

Never fades away,

One who loves you every day.

He promised never to go away.

He sees all the tears you cry,

is with you as you live and as you die.

Oh how blessed we are who have accepted Jesus and all He has done.

Oh how my heart aches for those that don't have Him that accept not God's Son.

They have no place to turn no place to run.

They go through life with out hope then their life is done.

Pray for them my heart cries.

Wail for them with aching heart. Yes let your sorrow rise.

I Am Still Here

I have known people who were really good parents. When their children were infants they were always right there loving them at the first whimper. Comforting, soothing, caring doing all they could to let their baby know that they were not alone and that they were loved. As these same parents children grew they kept that same comforting, caring, soothing, display of affection going. From toddlers bump on the head, to childhood scraped knees, through teenage heart aches and misunderstandings, even to the present adulthood. Yes even today as adults they still receive love, care, comfort, and more from their parents. It's as if  their parents all through their lives kept saying, "everything will be all right child I am still here." "I haven't left you and I wont leave you." "We will get through this together." If  these people were such good parents think of what a wonderful parent God is! Today when I heard about the world trade center and my friend mentioned war I was shocked and fearful. I also felt anguish over the people in the middle of all that and over those injured and killed. Then after awhile God spoke to my heart and started to comfort me and more. He is still speaking to me because the day isn't over yet. He is reminding me that He is still here. He hasn't left me and He wont. He is with those in the middle of it all too and those that died He was with them. Suddenly I feel like crying for those who don't know or trust God. How can they be comforted? Where can they turn in times like these? God not only comforts me in big hurts like these but in little hurts as well. He sooths, comforts, cares, and loves me every day all the time and He makes sure I know it. But those who haven't accepted Jesus as their savior, or God as their Father, or the Holy Spirit as their helper and comforter have nothing. No hope, no comfort, no peace, no love, no joy, and no where to turn. Today I lay aside my worry and broken heart over what is happening at the world trade center and the pentagon. Because I know Jesus will see me through it and I trust Him. Today I will pray for those who haven't accepted Him, God, and the Holy Spirit they need our prayers desperately. Also I pray for my brothers and sisters in Jesus who are also suffering because of what happened today. They need our prayers too. Because sometimes it is hard to see, feel, hear, and know that God is there and wont leave you when your in the middle of it. I pray God will get through to them all the lost and the saved. Amen

Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6, Lo I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:20
