In light there is life, and in life there is light. Jesus is the source of the light. 

May Your Light Shine

Lord may your light fill my mind so only right thoughts can be found.

Lord may the light in me help others stay on solid ground.

Lord may your light shine all through me so that you are what others will see.

Lord may your light not be hidden in me.

Lord may your light shine for all to see.

Lord may this light you placed in me bring you glory and honor through all eternity.

Good Lighting

I like to have good lighting in my home. I like the kitchen to be bright because it's where I do most of my work. I like the living room to have proper lighting for reading. The bath room needs to have adjustable lighting, so it can be soft when I relax in the tub and bright when my husband shaves. In the bedroom we like reading lights and a big over head light that's bright to dress by. I also like letting in lots of sunlight in the living room and bed room. Lighting can affect your mood and your health, so having the right lighting is important. Spiritual lighting is important too. It can also affect you mood and your health. I need the light of God's word to keep my mind healthy and in the right mood. I also need the light of God's word there because that is where a lot of work goes on. I need the light of the Holy Spirit to fill my heart so that I can Praise, worship, and obey God in spirit and in truth. I need the light of  Jesus to be in every fiber of my being so I can be more like Him. I need the light of Jesus so I can stay on the right path home. Some times when God makes me so happy I could scream, or so bursting with the Holy Spirit I know I am at that moment bathed in His Son's light. I need God's proper lighting in every area of my life so that it can shine for all to see. God's light is seen in my eyes  and by my expression when I comfort someone. God's light comes out my mouth when I tell someone about Jesus. God's light shines through my body when I do His will. I don't want to hide any form of God's light that He blesses me with. In light there is life, in life there is light. I am learning so much about the light of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and it affect in and on my life, this is only a sample.
