I not only got a new life with Jesus, I am now part of a new generation too!

Missionary Prayer/Song

Lord put a fire in the hearts of this generation.

To do Your will and sing Your praises to all the nations.

Make us the royal priesthood that You have called us to be.

Use us O Lord at home and afar to be ambassadors of  thee.

Use our hands to heal and save and keep us on our knees against the enemy.

Strengthen our lives in You and keep our hearts brave that others may be set free. Amen

Talking About My Generation

Anyone from my generation would know that the title of this page (Talking about my generation) is really a line from a song. I was a late 60's to early 80's person so that was my generation. Hippies, to disco, to well you know the rest. I say it was my generation because that was before Jesus. After I accepted Jesus I got a new life. Thanks to God I am grafted into His family, I am not Jewish but, I am now one of His chosen people too! He choose me for no reason at all, to be His to do with as He will. Because of this I am now part of  a generation that good, and strong, and that I can be proud of. I am part of a generation that has passed special flame from one generation to the next for many centuries. And I too will gladly and lovingly pass the flame. I will pray that each generation after me will do more, and greater things for Lord than the generation before.  Anyway that could get me off into a whole lot of other stuff. To get back on track here is a scripture talking about my generation: But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people Wow! I have to stop here in the middle of this scripture to say wow that's who I am rather who we are! Now for more of the scripture. that you may proclaim the praises of Him Stop! This is what I rather my generation is suppose to do! Wow it's what I love to do! Wait there is more! who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy. 1 Peter 2:9-10 You see me and my generation get to sing songs, and shout about our Hero too! Only our Hero is God and He isn't going to die, disappear, fade away, cheat us or shame us! Anyone can be a part of my generation. All they have to do is sincerely accept Jesus and ask Him into their heart. By the way the bible is full of cool facts about who we are and what we can and should be doing and more.

One generation shall praise Your works to another, and shall declare Your mighty acts. Psalm 145:4  The words of the Lord are pure words, like silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. You shall keep them, O Lord, You shall preserve them from this generation forever.
