My love, trust, and faith in God wont grow very well if I don't walk in it, or live it.
A Prayer To Love And Trust God At All Times
Lord I love You in good times or bad.
Lord I love You when I am happy or sad.
Help me walk in that love.
That all may see my love for my Father above.
When times are hard and I don't understand.
Help me to show others I still love You and reach for Your hand.
Help them to see I still trust You to help me to stand.
Help me show my love for You by obeying all You command.
For Lord I really do love You and trust in all You have planned.
Trust and faith grow in my heart. By love their flame is fanned. Amen
How Much Do I Love Thee
How much do I love thee, let me count the ways. This is a well known line to most of us. It has been reworded and said many ways. But it is just a line, until some action and substance gets put behind it. This holds to true of my praise, love, devotion, trust, and faith in God too. I can tell Him I love and trust Him until I turn blue and it wont mean a thing. Until I put my love, trust, and faith into action by living it, it is empty and meaningless. It is easy to show someone you love them when things are going good. But it gets a little harder when things go wrong, and you feel your loved one could have, or should have done something. This reminds me that if I really love and trust God, I should love and trust Him at all times. Whether they are good or bad times. Also I should have faith in Him during these good and bad times. To do this to the fullest I must pray with all faith that God will hear and do as I ask, as long as I am right with Him. But I must also remember that He is God, and what ever He does is right, true, faithful, fair, and for the good of all. So I must pray in all faith believing with all my heart he will answer. But I must know it will be according to His will. Which may not always match up with mine or vice versa. And I must still love Him. Other wise my love for God is wimpy and not deep or as full as it should be and as I would like it to be. You know the kind that loves God with all my heart, mind, body, soul, spirit, being, and might. So if I pray for someone to be healed with all faith that they will be. And they aren't do I love God any less? No. Do I think he doesn't love me, or hear me, or will never answer any of my prayers? No. Do I think God doesn't love the person I prayed for? No. Do I think God had a good reason for not answering my prayer? Yes and further more I believe He answered it I trust in His answer. I know that some day I may be in an agonizing situation and I will still have to up hold this lesson. Can I ? Yes by the grace of God I can. Will I ? Only God knows. I pray I will always love Him with all of me and all my might. I pray, I will always walk and live, in a way that will testify to the love I have for Him. Amen.
This scripture is not just about how we should love others and our spouses, but about how to love God as well. Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths. Proverbs5-6,
