Taking a stroll down memory lane with Jesus can be an eye opener and a faith builder. But before you start strolling let Him be your guide. He usually starts at the cross and goes from there. Because the path before that has been washed away.

Amazing

Looking back I see how I've grown in You.

Well what do you know!

I can also see that You kept me all the way through.

I hope all You did in me will show!

Amazing grace written all over me!

Amazing love for all to see!

I see You were walking and talking with me every day.

Well what do you know!

Growing my faith and trust in You along the way.

I hope all You did in me will show!

Amazing God full of Glory and grace!

Amazing love  for You in my heart and on my face!

Well What Do You Know!

Sometimes when something amazes me I think, "Well what do You know!" Especially when I see or hear about something that I didn't have a clue was going on. You know how sometimes things just sort of creep up on you? Anyway, soon I will have written a whole years worth of these pages. And as I was thinking back over some of them, I had a "Well what do you know!" experience. As I look I see that over time my faith in God has steadily been growing and maturing. I can see that God really has walked and talked with me every day of my new life with Him. He was with me before and talked to me before I accepted Him. But alas I didn't listen. I also see that my spirit has been growing and maturing as well. Truth has been taking a firmer place in my life. I have been growing stronger. God has really been at work in me! And I know that all this will continue until He comes to take me to the place He has prepared for me, and then some. After I finish a years worth of these pages the relationship between God and I will continue. Thanks be to God I will never think or feel I have finally arrived and am done. Because I really love growing in and with Him. I really don't want to be a know it all or better than anyone else. This is because God has given me a heart that wants to support, help, love, and understand others. And also because I have a desire to see others really know Him and accept Him. The only way I can do that is to stay low and humble, yet with dignity, integrity, and honor. I want to be humble and yet glorify Him at the same time. You see even a worm can glorify God. A worm is a lowly creature. Yet a worm glorifies God by doing what God created him to do. Anyone who has learned about worms know that worms can break up and keep ground soft that would have been hard. They do other wonderful things for soil too. They also give up their lives on the end of a fish hook so others can eat. They are food for birds. It is awesome to think that God took such a lowly little creature and has a use and a purpose for it. How much more so does He have one for such a worm as I. "Well what do you know!" "Jesus love me this I know. For the bible tells me so. Little ones to Him belong. They are weak but He is strong. Yes Jesus loves me. Yes Jesus love me. Yes Jesus loves me. The bible tells me so." And so does He tell me so every day as we walk and talk.

So when Peter saw it, he responded to the people: Men of Israel, why do you marvel at this? Or why look so intently at us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made this man walk? Acts 3:12, And in His name (Jesus), through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. Acts 3:16, I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well. Psalm 139:14
