I must be careful what I do and say has an affect on people whether I notice it or not. What I do or say can cause people to stumble with out me realizing it right away. But when I do realize it I must set things right again right away.

Lord Guard My Words And Deeds

Lord guard my words and deeds today.

Help me not lead others astray.

Let me not hinder their way as they enter in.

Let me not offend them or cause them to sin.

But in peace, love and unity let us praise.

Make us as one in You as our voices we raise.

And when we leave Your throne let us not grieve one another.

Be we away or at home help us do right by our sister and brother.

Guard my heart and words today.

Let me not go astray.

Let nothing hinder me as I enter in.

Let me not be offended or harbor sin.

But in peace, love and unity let me with all creation praise.

Make me one in You and with all that is Yours as my voice I raise.

And when I go about my day let me not grieve You or any sister or brother.

Be I at home or far away cause me to do good and right by one person as by another. Amen

Your All Wrong

One time while watching television I heard a movie director say to an actor, "Your all wrong." Then he went on to tell the actor that His mood, attitude, and character wasn't matching up to the one he had in mind. So the actor then tried to learn more about the character he was suppose to be portraying. So that he would act right in all the different situations his character would be in. Sometimes as God directs us in our daily walk He tells us the same thing. Recently He told me "Your all wrong."  In this particular instance though He didn't mean just me. Let me explain. I had offended someone and they became angry. We were both wrong. I was wrong for offending the person then walking away with out reconciling with them. The reason that I was wrong is because I caused the person to sin by causing them to have anger, bitterness, and malice. And because I left them to stew in it and left it to grow. This in turn caused them to also go out and gossip or speak evil of me. This in turn caused a third person to sin by joining in on the gossip and evil speaking about me. Also it stirred up the third person's anger an resentment toward me. Who knows how far it went from there. So God said, "Your all wrong." Matthew 5:23-24, Ephesians 4:25-32 But sometimes when God says to me "Your all wrong." He is talking about me personally. He is telling me that I am not being the person (haven't developed the character) that He intended me to be. Which means I need to study Him, Jesus, and His word the bible so I can get a better idea of how I should be. It also means talking to and working with the Holy Spirit so I can develop into the person (develop the character) that God intend me to be. From Romans all the way up to 2 John there are things about the person God intends me to be and, guidance for how to become the person God intends me to be. But it is all just words unless, I enlist the help of the Holy Spirit to help me understand it and to help me put it into action. John 16:13
