Unbelief is a sin. 

Deliver Me

Deliver me, deliver me.

O dear Lord now I see.

That When I come in faith to You.

There is nothing You can't do.

Deliver me, set me free.

O dear Lord I call to thee.

I come in faith. Lord, from sin set me free.

Over every part of my life, my Lord and Savior be. Amen

Believe You Me 

When I was growing up and someone said, " believe you me" it was kind of like saying, "I'm not kidding" or "I'm not lying. Jesus says that to me every day. He says, "believe you Me" I can handle anything you face." "I can free you from sin and problem areas in your life." I see now that my unbelief is sin. John 16:8-9 For me to live, speak, and act like I will never be free from sin or problem areas in my life is a sin. It is as if  I am rejecting Jesus as Lord of  my life. It is as if  I am saying, I don't believe you can free me, heal me, or save me from my sin-nature. So here I am today confessing to God that I have some areas of unbelief and that I now realize it is a sin. I ask God to forgive me and to once again take over and be Lord of my life. I claim His forgiveness and thank Him for it. Amen. So from now on not only do I believe God and trust Him for all things verbally but, I will start living that way too. I hold on to God's promise that He sent His Son to set the captives free. Isaiah 61:1 I believe He will and is daily setting me free from sin. Sin does bind us. Romans 6:15-23 Even this one sin that I have been wrestling for years I now give to Jesus believe that He can cleanse me and set me free from it. No ifs, ands, buts, or in His good time about it. I give it to Him and believe He is able. When ever their is sin in my life, whatever the sin may be, I will call upon the Lord for forgiveness, mercy, and deliverance. I will call upon Him believing He is willing to forgive and show mercy and that He is able to deliver me.
