In God as a nation we shall do valiantly. For it is He who will tread down the enemy. We shall sing and shout the victory. Christ is King!

 Touch

Lord I need a touch from You.

Your loving touch and guiding hand is what will bring me through.

Touch me Lord today I pray.

Give me love and strength to touch someone else the same way.

That your touch may spread like ripples on many waters.

Comforting and feeding all Your son's and daughters.

Fill us with Your touch and teach us to pass it around.

Fill us until we over flow and our songs of love and praise resound.

Lifting us to Your throne and higher ground.

Where on our knees we can be found.

Your loving children gathered round. Amen

Reach Out And Touch Someone

"Reach out and touch someone. reach out and just say hi." was a telephone slogan. In the wake of the terrorist attack that is just what we all need to do. Except we need to do a lot more than just say hi. As a result of the terrorist attack there will be widows, orphans, single parents, and others grieving. We need touch them with prayer, comforting, support, physical and spiritual help and love. Also as a nation we are grieving, angry, and hurting. We need to cover one another in prayer. We need to touch one another with comforting, support, physical and spiritual help and love too. If  we touch each other with the love of God. Look to Him for all things. Be like minded in Him, and love one another. We will come out of this a lot stronger. (Philippians 2:1-4) As God's people and a nation we need to remember that God has a plan for our lives. He didn't leave us all alone to fulfill that plan. He gave us His Spirit and one another to help us fulfill it. It would be sad if it took a disaster to get us to do what we should be doing all along. Such as caring for widows and orphans. (James 1:27) Or loving one another as Jesus loves us. (John 15:12) Also as a nation and individuals we need to let God touch us. For He is the One who restores. (Psalm 23:3) God Bless America, stand beside her and guide her. Amen
