I just can't wait to spend time with God every day! What is a day with out God? Meaningless! What is a life with out God? NO life at all! 

I Am In Love

Lord I can't wait to spend time with You.

My mind and my flesh say I have to much to do.

But there is nothing, no one more important than You.

So my heart and my spirit says go to Your side sit at Your feet.

I tell my mind and my flesh to be quiet and I spend time with You so sweet.

No jewel, no wealth, 

not my life not my health,

None of it means any thing with out You.

Lord nothing satisfies me like You do.

O Lord I love You.

I Can't Wait!

I can't wait for my husband and I to go on vacation! We go camping once a year. His job keeps him so busy all year long, that I don't get to see as much of him as I would like to. When we go camping it is like we get to know each other all over again. God is constantly working on us and changing us. We get new visions and dreams and ideas all year long. But during vacation we get to go over them in more detail. And being with my husband for days on end with no phones or computers is especially nice. We love rivers so we usually camp by one and like a couple of kids we play in it all the time. When we talk about vacation we both get very excited. But can you imagine what it would be like for my husband if  I looked at it as a total chore? Or if  I said "I don't want to go it's boring or I haven't got the time to go"? It would knock the wind out of his sails and make him sad. He sure wouldn't feel very loved. But what is my response about my time with God? Is it I can't wait to spend time with God each day? Or is it well I will spend some time if  I get around to it. My husband is very important to me and my reaction to spending time with him shows him how important he is to me. What about God how important is He to me? Very! Does my reaction to spending time with God show Him how important He is to me? Yes I get busy but He knows my heart and my desire is to spend time with Him every day. I make it top priority to spend sometime with Him each day, and no it's not always the same time each day. Nor the same amount of time each day, and not always in the same way each day. The main thing is He is so important to me that I do spend time with Him each day. My second priority is that the time I spend with Him be quality time. If I have little time I sing praises and adoration to Him or I Pray a thank You prayer. If  I have longer I talk to Him about stuff out loud as to a Father. If  I have longer I spend time in the bible and on this web page. This web page is the result of God and I spending time together. Does God know I love Him and He is important to me? Yes after all He is all knowing. But don't we all like to hear and see it some times?

Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. Revelation 2:4, Seek the Lord while He may yet be found, call upon Him while He is near. Isaiah 55:6
